A few things before you begin.
An evolving beta
TaleSpyre is provided for trying a research, planning, and writing workspace. Features may change and errors may occur. Availability, uninterrupted operation, and recovery of lost files are not guaranteed. Keep independent, checked backups before relying on it for important work.
Your work stays yours
You keep the rights to your writing and uploaded materials. TaleSpyre does not take ownership of your manuscript. Only add or share material you have permission to use, and use the application lawfully. Research tools, citation formatting, and continuity checks are aids that require your review.
Storage and responsibility
This beta saves workspace data on your device. It does not provide cloud sync or a server-side recovery service. You choose where backups are kept and who can access them. Browser cleanup, device failure, file damage, and permissions changes can interrupt access. The privacy notice explains the handling of local data, website connections, and optional support email.
Beta access and future services
This public beta and the first stable local-first release are free, with no account or active subscription checkout required. Future paid services will have their own clearly presented pricing and terms before purchase. There is no automatic enrollment from using the current device workspace.

We welcome feedback at support@talespyre.com. No guaranteed support response time is offered during the beta. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
